Staff and Masters students can request items that are not available in the WAI Library collection through our Document Delivery Service.
- Requests must relate to your individual research or study.
- Upon receipt of the item, you will receive an email from Library staff requesting pick-up.
- You must return the item by the due date during staffed opening hours.
- Copies of journal articles and book chapters are usually sent to your William Angliss email.
- Audiovisual items are generally not available through Document Delivery.

All current staff and students can obtain a CAVAL card, which will allow them to borrow from other participating academic and TAFE libraries, subject to a library’s own terms and conditions.
