I’m having trouble accessing Library electronic resources. What can I do?

Here are a couple of things to consider:

  • Have you paid any fees you owe to the Institute? If not, this could be preventing access.
  • Can you access MyWAI and other Institute systems with your username and password?
  • If not, you may need to reset your password. Passwords need to be changed every three months.
