Can you help me if I have problems with MyWAI/Moodle?

If you have encountered a problem with MyWAI/Moodle, it is recommended that you contact your lecturer(s) - their contact details can be located in each subject unit's Dashboard &/or via the Messaging system. 

  • Note: In order to access Messages make sure you are already logged in to MyWAI/Moodle.

If you are unfamiliar with MyWAI/Moodle and would like someone to help you: 

  • Come and visit the Library - you can speak with the Learning Advisors between 12.30pm and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday in their office located in the Library - you do not need an appointment
  • If you prefer, you can make an appointment with the Learning Advisors via this email address:

  • Submit a question in the Library Chat service - staffed during Library Opening hours - 9:00am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
    • Please note:
      After 4:30pm Live Chat is closed and your query will be redirected as an email
